Olaniwun Ajayi (UK) LLP has advised AfricaGoGreen Fund for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (AGG), managed by Cygnum Capital, on a revolving credit working capital facility extended to GOGO Electric (a Bodawerk brand), a leading electric mobility company based in Uganda. The facility will support the expansion of GOGO’s electric motorbike production in Uganda, contributing to sustainable transport solutions in the region.
